Modernising WHO for the OS

WHO is an entertaining fans' forum, far more interesting and wide-ranging than several others I have seen. It seems as popular when the team is playing crappily in the Championship as on the rare occasions (such as now) when we look like we might beat anyone in the Prem.
The move to the OS should result in an influx of new supporters: at least that is the expectation at the Club. Increasingly women are attending football matches, and we can hope for a greater female following, which should lead in turn to a future of properly-indoctrinated children as lifelong Hammers.
The vast majority of WHO users are male, and that is likely to continue, but if WHO wants to remain no.1 forum when we move, it needs to think about what might attract/deter women from its use. The persistent use of "cunt" can be amusing but often boring, and will immediately dissuade most women from using the site.
I am the last person to favour political correctness, but how about making that change at least, mods?

I think we should actually ban new members from the end of the season and put them through an initiation ceremony to join.

This is literally the only thing I'd change about WHO.
And make it so you can embed pictures.
Constantly copy and pasting links is annoying especially on a phone.
